By Dubai Currents Staff1 min read
The UAE is set to experience continued rainy weather on Wednesday, with convective clouds expected to form over northern and eastern parts of the country, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM). These clouds are typically associated with rainfall.
Skies elsewhere will be generally fair to partly cloudy. Humidity is forecast for the night and Thursday morning over some coastal and internal areas, particularly westward, with a chance of fog or mist.
Temperature and Humidity
Temperatures are expected to reach 35 degrees Celsius in Abu Dhabi, and 36 degrees in both Dubai and Sharjah. The lows for these emirates are forecast at 26, 27 and 24 degrees Celsius respectively.
Wind and Sea Conditions
Light to moderate winds will blow from southeasterly to northeasterly directions. At times, these winds may become strong, reaching speeds of 50 kilometres per hour, which could cause blowing dust.
The sea will be slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
