St. Regis Dubai on Palm Jumeirah to resume operations on 1 November after six-month renovation

Operations at the St. Regis Dubai on Palm Jumeirah will restart on 1 November 2026, following a major refurbishment that began in April. The announcement was made on Friday by St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, signalling the return of one of the island’s most recognised hotels.

Refurbishment details

The luxury property temporarily closed its guest rooms, spa and other key services from 12 April this year, an operator told Khaleej Times at the time. Only the lobby lounge and the St Regis Bar remained functional during the works.

The reopening comes as hotels across the United Arab Emirates brace for an influx of residents and tourists after a quieter summer period linked to the regional conflict.

Reimagined bar and dining

According to the hotel, the St Regis Bar has been redesigned and is central to the relaunch. Drawing on the brand’s New York heritage, a series of photographic frames pays homage to the cultural energy of Manhattan, linking the Dubai property to the original St Regis in Manhattan.

The cocktail list now includes signature serves and original creations, and a live pianist will perform four evenings a week.

Spa and dining destinations

The St Regis Spa will also return, along with the hotel’s dining outlets. These include all-day dining at Cordelia, Turkish-inspired cuisine at RÜYA, and the lively KYMA Beach Club. At St Regis Gardens, a collection of acclaimed restaurants – including Michelin-starred concepts and celebrated chef-led venues – offers dining in an open-air rooftop setting.
