Rechitta V2 introduces chat mode as Dubai brokers surpass 100,000 minutes of AI use

Dubai-based proptech company Rechitta has rolled out the second version of its artificial intelligence platform after brokers accumulated more than 100,000 minutes of real-world use. The new Rechitta V2 adds a text-based chat function alongside an upgraded presentation mode designed to make verified project information more accessible across different working environments.
Broker usage data drives upgrade
The company said insights gathered from those interactions helped shape the update, which aims to address how sales agents consume information in a fast-moving market. As Dubai continues to see a steady stream of new project launches, brokers need to process increasing amounts of data on pricing, payment plans, availability and handover schedules. Platforms that streamline access to verified project data and reduce time spent searching through brochures and presentations have seen rising demand.
“Crossing 100,000 minutes of usage is an important milestone for us because it represents real people spending real time with Rechitta,” said Aryaman Maheshwari, co-founder of Rechitta. “More importantly, those interactions have taught us how people actually want to explore, understand and question real estate projects. V2 is a direct evolution of the product based on that behaviour.”
Chat and presentation modes
The platform now offers two ways to access information. Chat Mode lets brokers type questions and receive instant responses without relying on voice interaction. Presentation Mode provides a guided overview of developments supported by visual assets and live project data. Both modes draw on verified developer information to answer queries on topics such as pricing, payment plans, unit availability and handover dates.
“The challenge is making that information useful at the moment someone needs it,” said Atiksh Mittal, co-founder of Rechitta. “With V2, we are making Rechitta more responsive, more conversational and more intuitive, while keeping the broker at the centre of the experience.”
Visual identity and future development
The upgrade also introduces a new visual interface called the Rechitta Orb, which serves as the gateway to the AI assistant. Rechitta said it will continue building industry-specific AI capabilities as technology becomes an increasingly important part of the real estate sales process.
The company’s V2 launch follows the earlier iteration that had been used by brokers across Dubai’s property sector. The technology is part of a broader shift in how sales agents access and engage with project information in an increasingly crowded development market.
